My cousin Joel came from London to visit me and we were sitting in the crib and I asked him to play me some outlandish shit cuz I needed an opening track for the tape and he played me the Better Than The Best instrumental and I lost it! It was the perfect opening where I can really go in on em so it was successful!

How Did It Happen?
Had a session with Tinitus and he was playin some beats cuz we already did Ex Girl, Rich Girl, Poor Girl on Season One so we was getting at it again. He played the beat with the Alicia Keys sample in the beginning and I felt it, that whole old school flavor got me hooked!
I knew how I wanted the hook to be so instead of getting someone to lay it I let Mawuli do it and it was a Banger!

How Did It Happen?
I had a show in Sundsvall and my brova Big Jim was my dj that night and knowin that one of swedens best hip hop producers live out there it was a definite collabo goin on.
They did Top Notch, which was my biggest track of It Is What It Is so I know that whenever I get together with em its big things goin on, showed and proved.

How Did It Happen?
Big Jim hooked me up with Saska a min ago, but I already knew who he was and the heavy work he’s put in so I was mad excited to get into the studio with him and make something happen. We did Get Right that same session and another track and Beldina came through and dropped some of her fantabolous vocals on it then it was official.

How Did It Happen?
A-De is the Fantabolous producer. Thats one of the few guys I can go to and say I want this and get it just the way I asked for it if not better! I told him I want to do something a lil garage, grime and hip hop at the same time.
I started getting mad melodies and then told him I wanted to sing it but I had a cold (you can probably hear it) and he said just put down ya idea and the hook and pre hook came out insane aint changed it since.

How Did It Happen?
I had a session with Keione and Eboi in Rinkeby so I went over there and that probably the first in many sessions I had with Keione and I must say that guy is crazy, dope, hot, insanely creative!
I remember it was sometime 2008 just before Setting Standards was out and we just went all in on the track. You can feel the energy in the track… ” Its the one and only bigga nigga named Lazee Laz, Oh Behave….” haha!

How Did It Happen?
I was planing the tape and I had a list of people I want to be on it and off course Pato was one of them. We bumped into each other in the club and went off on the nigga how come you aint holla for a track shit haha (artist thing) then we set for the following week and sure thing the following week I was at Gameboiis studio with Pato and Beldina and My Thang was the result!
Beldina came through and as usual vocally blessed the track, what can I say we make great music period!

I had a session with Tinitus and I told him I need that screw down south bounce shit! Long story short he banged out Keep It Real and I thought on Season One I had Clap Stomp so I needed something that could knock. The verses are all real deal shit that I go through and see, feds raiding the crib and all that. Keep It Real!

How Did It Happen?
Most of ya’ll know me and Charlie have been getting it in for a min with Mind Games and the famous Custom Made which were bout bonus tracks on the tape, we was in Vito’s studio and he kept playin beats and when I heard this Fantabolous Life that shit had me dancing and reminiscing the 90’s. Everyone knows I keep say Fantabolous Life Continues after everything I write on the blog, face, twitter etc. so I had to make a track out of the talking about my day to day life in Sweden going to Malmö every other week, going Japan, Los Angles, New York, etc. ” Feeling like Sopranos cruzing down Jersey, Va fan culo with my hand under my beardy, sorry mean beard ” haha.
Movin On Up ft. J-Son

How Did It Happen?
Me and Jay are brothers! Not by blood but everyone that knows us know the relationship we have, thats my brother right there. In this game he the nigga I keep close to me cuz we go way back, u know Same Blood Skrilla Music days.
We went to A-De’s studio which was around the corner from Jay’s studio and I remember he kept sayin he tired and you cant say that around me and Jay we hype a nigga the F up haha. So we got him in the mode and he started producing me and jay kept singing and reminiscing the good ol days and we cooked up Movin On Up there on the spot.
Walking Away ft. Danjah

How Did It Happen?
We we’re all in A-De’s studio working as usual and me and Danjah was sitting singing hooks and we got Walking Away goin. A-De produced the track on the spot and we did what we do best went into the booth and went all in. Shout out to both Danjah and A-De on that one, big tune!

How Did It Happen?
I was at a session with Tinitus and he played me one of his songs and I bugged out. It was on the same tempo as Hello same swag and I told he to make me one of those. I had something else I need to record that sessions so I got that out the way and we continued on Hello. I laid down the melody and bounced came back and finished it off. I remember I had a problem with the concept at first, it was between Hello and another one that was crazy too but I chose Hello!

I am a hugh Michael Jackson fan, that man has inspired me in a way I cant even describe and I wanted to do a tribute to him but I felt I was a bit late with everyone already putting their one out so I did Man In The Mirror to talk about the man I see in the mirror but having it being inspired by Michael Joseph Jackson.

My boy Santiago introduced me to AyCash and I must say I dont speak a sentence spanish but these guys had that flow you can feel in ya soul namean. Like when Bone Thugs and Harmony get busy. So we did like 4 tracks in 2 days or something they keep comin believe me. We did the track on a instrumental then we send the vocals to Gameboii and he totally flipped the track over, that nigga is gonna be big 2010 believe me!
