I am going crazy in Sweden, I need to get away!
I’ve noticed how my inspiration is just running out in the sand with everything that’s going on around me. Had a great evening last night at Precious friends house, really nice people and her husband makes a crazy fried chicken. Wasnt feeling too good this morning when i woke up morning after all that mixed liqure but I could do with some more of that chicken though cheeeez lol.
Today got a couple things I need to get sorted like Ikea and getting my TV. We actually spoke about IKEA last night and IKEA is the only or maybe not only place round the world you can go and it feels swedish. Like I remember in the UK IKEA was the shiii for me because I could get all the stuff I wanted and I am not talking about furniture but food and swedish snacks. Neway today I am not goin there for the food or snacks but furniture. We went there the other day and I or should I say she figured that there is things that is needed for the crib so thats the mission then I am hooking up with my boiiiiiis Qhris and Tjago too relax and jam.

The weekend is here and it feels Fantabolous.
Been a good week! Have had alot of sessions finishing of the album, my deadline is this week but I know Bello and Flame would agree with me that another week is essential, perfection is the key!
Had an interview with P3 Populär on Thursday that was nice, had the chance to break down some facts that most of my fans get twisted so it was definitely needed.
Today I am gonna hit Afro Södern and get a cut then its dinner at Precious friends place, sounds good, I lie? Lol.
Might take the light night cinema with a bunch of friend to check out the new Johnny Depp movie, Alice in Wonderland or whatever its called.
Big shout out to Astma and Rockwell for a crazy session the other day, they really pulled out the old lizzel on em lol. That track is better the script for Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and the gold mic in the booth is not to bad either I must say.
Neway the Fantabolous Life must continue, so I’ll catch ya’ll on Monday.

I want to start of with saying thats for a great weekend to all my family, friends, fans and loved ones that came to the Calling Out releases in Stockholm and Malmö! Its was a weekend to remember.
The video directed by Marcus Lundin is out! I know some of you have seen it and some of you haven’t but even if you’ve seen it make sure you check it out again. LOL!
I am over the moon with the way things are going now. I am in the studio constantly! Like literally constantly in the booth goin superman on them!
Last weekend was so hectic I even couldnt catch up with it.
First we flew to malmö like 8 am on Thursday to do the show Ne Yo show in malmö, (which I thought was good but we needed more then 10 min but f* it ) then when I landed when to get my hair cut in Klubb Stugan in möllan then straight to Din Gata for an interview.
After the interview we went on to soundcheck the showtime! Got to chop it up with my boy Saigon and off course The Clipse.
Woke up the next morning and flew back to Stockholm for the release party for Calling Out that turned out real Fantabolous. A lot of important people came and I got a diploma from BRIS that made me feel real good and proud.
Flew back to Malmö the next morning for the release that was the finale I should say. It was great. My mother, fathers , aunts and uncles the whole fam was there and it means alot to me.
Another flight back to Stockholm on Sunday to move then Monday I tried to take the day off but hey….. it is what it is!

Past three days I dont know whats wrong with me, I cant sleep. I keep dosing off round 6am then up at 9. Everyone that knows me know I can sleep anywhere and whenever but its seems my mind wont let me and the things that go through my mind sometimes is unbearable. But you know what, F#%k it! Cant keep a good man down.
3rd day in the week and the grind hasn’t slowed down a bit! The song me and Michel Zitron did yesterday is a guaranteed banger! The more I listen to Suppose To Happen the more I realise its all suppose to happen lol.
We had a real nice session and I must say his studio is very inspirational, with old classic records on the wall and him being who his is writing hit singles.
Funny enough alot of people dont know that he wrote the hook for Calling Out and the piano part of the track!
We were looking at the charts on iTunes and Calling Out was number 4, now number 7 on the official charts to find out that he had 2 songs on the top ten lol, dope right? Thats my boy though we got it poppin yesterday.
Big thanks to mama Åsard for the jollof rice yesterday, really helped me out after the stu and for those of you that dont know what jollof rice is dont worry I understand ya. If you aint for west africa I dont think you’d know lol.
I am about to call Jesaja and Qhris to double check the set up for the show tomorrow, opening act for Ne-Yo! Cant wait, its gonna be Fantabolous……
